シカゴ日米協会では、第30回チャリティーオークションを2016年12月8日に
The Union League Club of Chicago, 65 W Jackson Blvd, Crystal Room, 5th Floor, Chicago, IL 60604.
にて開催いたします。これにあたり、ボランティアを募集しております。
主なボランティア内容は、
・オークションブックの配布
・オークションルームの監視員
・抽選販売、オークションの運営補助
シフトは下記の時間帯からお選び頂けます。
オークション会場の設営: 1:00 - 5:00 PM
シフト１: 5:00 - 7:30 PM
シフト２: 7:15 - 9:30 PM
当日は簡単な夕食をご用意しております。また、年明けに改めて、お礼といたしましてブランチ会を予定しております。

Call for JASC 30th Annual Holiday Fundraiser Volunteers!
The Japan America Society of Chicago is pleased to announce that this year’s 30th Annual Holiday Fundraiser & Bonenkai will be held on Thursday, December 8, 2016 at the Union League Club of Chicago, 65 W Jackson Blvd, Crystal Room, 5th Floor, Chicago, IL 60604.
The Society is currently seeking volunteers to assist the day of the gala. Please see below information:
Volunteers will assist with registration, passing out auction books, auction room monitoring, raffle sales and auction coordination. A light dinner will be provided with a thank you brunch to follow in the New Year!
Auction set-up in ballroom 1:00-5:00 PM
Shift 1: 5:00-7:30 PM
Shift 2: 7:15-9:30 PM
