Opening Position : Inside Sales Support Coordinator
A global leader in the containerized shipping industry is looking for an Inside Sales Support Coordinator. We specialize in maritime trade and transportation. We are located in Lombard, IL.
<Description>
The candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales effort of the region and includes the following responsibilities:
-Coordinate customer pricing and service requests
-Work closely with sales to respond to customer needs
-Provide pricing and service information to our clients
-Answer incoming phone calls and provide information on a broad range of company and industry issues
-Coordinate with other MOL departments to resolve customer related problems
-Proactively communicate with customers to improve business with MOL
-Execute complex and detailed bids from customers
<Requirements>
-Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-College degree preferred
-Must have an overall working knowledge of world geography
-Must speak / write in Japanese and in English
-Organizational skills, multi tasking, critical thinking, detail oriented
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
